What do you think of the following website on nude child photography?

Editor's Note: Linked led to a deleted page.

I can't respond to the last posting, of course, because it violated Tripod's terms of service and was removed.

This article has been picking up hits again starting three days ago. The hits appear to be seasonal, peaking in summer in the northern hemisphere. Most of my readers are Americans. If anyone is following the link from search engines and from other pages because they are looking for pornography, they must surely be disappointed.

» biogardener - Comments by a reader

On June 19, 2002, a reader left the following message in the comments for this topic:

I find it funny that in the US we tolerate violence. It is too true. I think we should be allowed too be nude if we choose especially in the summer when it is a trifle hot, but that's our backwards society for ya. I can understand in a way for safety sake, less sex crimes even though they still occur, but I think it is ok. When I rule the world it we be all good, he he he!

I sent the following message back to the reader:

Experience has shown that nudists do not tolerate pedophiles among them. I have never been molested by nude people, only by fully clothed ones.

» Nudeyboy - Re: Nudity

In response to message posted by KimHan:

The problem is that perverts are rampant in a society that teaches children that nakedness is indecent and rude, and that sex is 'dirty' and 'unnatural'.

Sometimes, in order to create a better and loving society is for it to accept embrace what it doesn't like.

Look at the messages society gives to our boys. They are being told it's OK to be violent and drunk, and behave like a pack of wolves around beautiful nude women.

Society lies to our girls that guys prefer girls with big shapely breasts over those with small chests, and that enhancement surgery will make them more popular.

Another problem is that religious legalism of enforced chastity and modesty is another reason why such behaviour has created perversions.

The confusion between nudity and Christianity is also apparent - if humans are created in the image of God, without clothes, why do we call certain body parts indecent?

There are two organs that humans have which seem to override our basic sexual sensibilities. Yes, they are natural. But the denial of these things being natural is where the problem lies.

You do not go to nude beaches and clubs to witness a whole plethora of men walking around with erections at the sight of pretty women. They have restructured their minds to the right context where sexual behaviour is appropriate.

As a nudist myself, I have found that their society tends to be a lot stricter where anti-social behaviour is concerned.

Nudist camps and resorts ('colony' is a demeaning term like referring to black people as 'niggers') have screening processes in which people with criminal records and known sexual predators are quickly refused entry.

I am not saying that naturism will heal the world, but if human society started to accept it for what it is, then I think we will see less sexual crimes being committed, as well as an end to the battle of the sexes.

It's up to you all to want to restore love, honesty and openness to society again.

» biogardener - I agree

I agree that nudist camps are vigilant about the people whom they admit. We had one camp invaded by a sexual pervert, and it did not take long before he was exposed. If he had not encountered the vigilance of the nudist parents, he would probably still be on the prowl instead of being behind bars. My own recent experience with a recent sex pervert shows how difficult it is to get action to stop them. The one whom I encountered living next door to me is now living in a different community where no one keeps an eye on him, and I wonder whom he is molesting now. I have written about that in the following article:

» mindymonster - people who feel the same way I do

It was so cool to find this article. I'm the only person I know who feels the way I do. FYI I'm a Christian, but I don't think their's anything wrong with one of God's creations - our bodies. I know there is a nudist retreat near my house, but I'm not that comfortable nude, and neither is my hubby, so we don't do that. But I walk around my house nude, and so do my children. And it drives my in-laws crazy! My mom, too, although not as much as my in-laws. They are always after me to put some panties on my baby who is only 2.

My hubby finally got my M-I-L off my back. He said, "Well, both the girls potty trained themselves at 2, so we're obviously doing something right." Linda backed off on trying to get Beth to put some panties on.

My thing is that there is nothing wrong with the human body, and I want my children to feel that. My hubby agrees, but he can't undo years of conditioning. But he supports me in the way I feel. He allows the littler kids to bathe with him, and if my older girl walks in on him nude, he just says, "Can I have some privacy?"

Also, I'm more scared of the state the pedophileses. I'm a stay-at-home mom, and I don't let my kids out of my site. But I'm terrified of the state taking my children. When I take nude pics of my kids, I'm careful not to take frontal pics, I don't let them outside nude, well, rarely. I normally put either a diaper or panties on them, but on really hot days I let them in my back yard.

Also, I think that when a person looks at a naked child, and thinks pornography, then that person is sick, that they would look at a beautiful naked child, and think of sex. There is nothing in the world more beautiful than a naked baby butt.

Ok, done with my rant.

» biogardener - Photos

Most people with computers now also have digital cameras. Those photos do not required processing by a photo lab, so no overambitious lab technician will ever be able to turn in a mother who wants to take a photo of her child in the bath tub.

» biogardener - Reuters News Report of July 20, 05

The following Reuters news report again shows what I experienced in Munich, Germany about people being nude in public:

Police Send Nude Shopper Home With Warning

German police let a nearly naked shopper go home after she told them she was getting groceries in the nude because she lost a spin the bottle contest, a police spokesman in Cologne said Wednesday.

"We're a tolerant city that is open to the world," said spokesman Burkard Jahn. "She could have been arrested for disturbing the peace, but we decided to let her go home with a verbal warning to dress appropriately next time."

The 35-year-old Cologne woman entered the 24-hour shop at 4 a.m. wearing nothing but an unbuttoned jeans jacket, Jahn said. He said police decided to let her go because few people and presumably no small children saw her at that time of day.

I can see what you mean,it is silly to have to fear the state. just for a naked baby picture. I don't know a family without some.I wouldn't let a child play nude around non family.but in the home I see no harm I leting kids be kids. I do agree that it sickening that anyone would have sex with a kid. The best defence agianst a prevert is a watchful eye. I can remember as a child being scolded any time I was naked as a child. Because of this I felt I was ugly most of my life. I remember i really bad scolding I got at 7 years old for sleeping nude because i was hot. I really don't think kids should run about nude all the time and they need to know where its not ok the play naked. I think the wost thing to do is treat it as a crime the way me mother did.
I think in her place I would tell the child to get dress before come to breakfast and that would be all

» biogardener - Child molestors

Unfortunately, child molestors get out of jail when everyone agrees that they are going to offend again. In many parts of North America, the law even protects their identity by prohibiting the police from telling people where they live. I am happy to report that this is not the case in Manitoba. The law allows the police and the community to post pictures of these offenders as soon as they move into the community, also advertising their addresses, so people can protect their children. As a result, sex offenders do not hang around Manitoba. They mover on to other provinces. It is time that those provinces had a look at Manitoba. Better still, it is time to keep those offenders locked up for good.
