» valvoline_6_11 - valvoline OK.....just read on espn's nascar online that valvoline is possibly going to leave mark martin at the end of the 2000 season. Can anyone please tell me what they stand to gain on changing there sponsorship to a different driver, or am i missing something?-- posted by valvoline_6_11 » ValleyHawks - Valvoline I don't think there is any doubt that VALVOLINE has the best driver sponsored right now. In fact a recent survey showed that VALVOLINE got more advertising for their money last year than any other sponsor based on TV views. The problem is that the cost of sponsoring a car has gotten way out of line. They will stay as an ASSOCIATE sponsor probably with all the Roush cars for next year but decided that the PRIMARY sponsor position was too expensive.-- posted by ValleyHawks
