You're right on the money with the premeditated violence during racing events. Premeditated assault is premeditated assault, regardless of the venue. NASCAR needs to get tougher with these hot heads and their teams, instead of just slapping them on the wrist. It's time a message was sent!

The reason that Biffle is such a good driver has a lot to do with the "hot rod" he inherited from Mark Martin. From watching him on the track, 90% of Biffle's accomplishments can be attributed to the racecar, not the driver.
