I do agree that teaching can be very stressful. There are not enough hours in the day. There is a lot of bureacratic red tape. When all that's invovled is teacher, student, and parent, its not so complicated. Since the excellence movement, there has been a tendency to run tons of tests and testing procedures.
Believe me, I understand. But that's the system and how it can drive out good teachers.
