» littledickens1 - Triggers

As a manager of a group on the web, I would like to point something out about the use of warnings of triggers. The only time I would ask a member to warn someone is when they go into deep detail about their abuse. I would never ask then not to use a specific word, or even to avoid a subject. I have a trigger board, where anyone can discuss any aspect of their abuse or past. If anyone has a reason not to read the post because they are afraid of their reaction to it, they don't have to read it. But I would NEVER ban someone from my community for posting unless it was meant to be intentionally hurtful to another member, and even then, it would have to be discussed before I made the final decision.
