This article states the main reasons some people self-mutilate but for alot of us it is not like that it different we just want to take away a pain. we do not have abuser. We are just trying to live the life that we do have.-- posted by brokendragon

In response to yes i would have to agree with broken dragon on this one. i didn't have a abuser ie i hadn't been abused, i 'cut' because of how i felt about myself. if anyone with similar experiences wants to talk to a past 'cutter' email me hippigurl@hotmail.com-- posted by hippigurl
