What a great article! I agree with you, but keep the faith: I think times are changing!

I have found that the older my children get, the easier it is to find activities in which they can participate in the evenings and weekends. In fact, nearly all of my evening and weekend hours are spent running the kids around to these activities or coaching them! Keep the pressure on to make these activities available to you during non-work hours - find other working mothers in your area with the same issues and have them put the pressure on as well. At some point, others will get the message.
