» domesticdiva - Two Things Hello!Thing 1: I wanted to invite you to my sit. I have recently posted a humourous look at "a day in the life of a mom with a 6 mon old that won't sleep" http://home.earthlink.net/~threereeds/Im... Thing 2: We are "teaching" our son to eat this week. Any suggestions are greatly appriciated. Thanks! -- posted by domesticdiva » Terrie_Bittner - Wear a big bib and your oldest clothes! Wear a big bib and your oldest clothes!-- posted by Terrie_Bittner » accondra - I agree with Terrie! This is not the time to worry about messy eating habits-- expect lots of hit-or-miss attempts and realize that, like every other stage of babyhood, this is all temporary! Also, I wouldn't worry too much about how many solids your child is eating-- your baby is still receiving most of his/her nutrition from breast milk or formula. I would just try to make mealtimes a fun introduction to new foods (which your baby may choose to eat or use as edible fingerpaints-- either choice is ok!).-- posted by accondra
