Great article. So true and a wonderful reminder. I think our family will study together the last week of Jesus' life, beginning today on Palm Sunday and carrying through until the resurrection. There is such a different feeling and sacred nature this time of year. Church today was wonderful as we talked and thought about it all.

I wanted to share something I learned. Many others, not of our faith speak of being saved in the present sense, "I am saved already." We as LDS often think, how could they possibly already be saved their lives are not over yet, but I learned that salvation in the present means an acceptance of Jesus as the Savior and a salvation from a life of sin and a path down the wrong road. You are saved into a life following Jesus. This term is not always used to mean the end salvation that we often call exaltation.

Just an interesting vocab lesson someone taught me, actually it was over at Pauline Studies. Great topic...but anyway, had to share.

Thanks for a very well presented, studied topic. You do a great job of covering all the basics.
