I rescued my puppy from a family who left him in the garage and never payed attention to him. While in the care of another he was struck by a car. I was told by the family he was a shih tzu, but he clearly wasn't. I can't get in touch with the family to find out where they got him from. My first thought was that he was a maltese, but his paws were huge, and his eyes seemed a bit big as well. When we got him, they had him completely shaved. Please help!
