» chicopuppy - Please help us find our dog's breed.
We have a 2 year old dog that we have had for a little over a year now named Chico. When we got him we were told he was Chihuahua/pom mix. If you look at him though he does not look pom at all. Now people have told us they think maybe pug or brussels griffon. Can anyone tell us what he is? He weighs about 6 lbs. His pic's are below.http://www.dogshowusa.com/dog_gallery/de...

What a cute little guy! I don't see Pom at all and my opinion leans toward Pug/Chihuahua.

In response to Re: Please help us find our dog's breed. posted by BellaBean:I've had two Brussels Griffons, and your's face certainly resembles a true BG. But the body seems pure Chihuahua. BGs come in smooth coat and rough coat and a variety of colors including black.

We bought our puppy and we were told that he was full pug. As he gets older it is becoming more apparent that he is not full pug. The breeder insists that he is full pug, but we are not so sure. I can email a picture if someone can help, or if I can some how post pne opn this site that would be grat. Do you have any ideas on what he could be mixed with?-- posted by kcswan
