Ginger is a tough one to figure out. I have an idea that she could be a conglomeration of many breeds but have you considered Collie or Sheltie? She has their coloring and the little "skirt" on her hind legs. If she's small, there may also be some Corgi. With the wrinkled forehead and curled tail, you may be right about the Jindo, although the Shiba Inu, Chow, Dingo and other "primitive" breeds could also contribute to that look.
