» ginnyd7 - Help identify my dogs, please.

I rescued a year old pitbull mix who gave birth 2 weeks later. I kept one of the pups. Two questions: does anyone have a clue as to what is mixed with the pibull?; what do you think the pup's sire might be?
She weighs about 55 pounds, he is taller, longer and not as stocky. I can't get photos to post but I can email them.

She looks similar to mine...and we don't know what she is either.

Although...the vet said she looks like a German Wirehaired pointer...you may want to check that.

» xnickee - what breed(s) does he look like?

my parents believe he's part pitbull and part boxer. but he doesnt have all facial features (ie. snout, face size, etc) of both. so we think he might be another breed aswell.

The closest breed I can think of is the Norfolk terrier. That is the best I can give you without seeing more of the dog in a picture. Hope that help's

» gracenallie - dog breed

I've heard everything from australian cattle dog to jack russell terrier--what is my dog? even my vet isn't sure. but maybe if someone has seen one like her, they might know...?

presently, she's 11 weeks old, and 12 pounds. The vet estimates that she will be 30-40 lbs when full grown. she has freckles everywhere, though she has a mostly white coat with two spots near her rear. any ideas?

**still working on getting my pics on photonucket... hopefully I can get those done soon**

here are the pics I was able to download to photobucket:

as far as temperament, she is very active, and has hunting/tracking tendancies, and sometimes tries to "herd" my cousin's dog (cuts her off while running and nips her heel to make her run a different direction). any ideas would help. I'm very curious about what she'll be like when full grown, what health issues to expect, etc.

» ilovedogs - What Is My Dog???

I recently got a new puppy, she is very cute and little. I am pretty sure she is mixed with rot. But not sure what else???? I have been told many things from australian shepherd to pit bull. I know she is not a pit but...?? She is dark brown with a white stripe down her forehead and hasd white paws. She has light brown around the jaw area and two dots above her eyes. If you have any idea what she could be that would be great.
