» vickilynn2000 - Another, even quicker, edging...

Nancy's Notions web site sells very narrow, metallic bias tape (Quick Bias), in gold, silver, red, green and black, which would make a nice edging for solid-color chiffon veils, skirts, etc., to give them a little extra sparkle. You could use it on other fabrics as well, I am sure, such as JoAnn's Silk Essence (to brighten up a rather plain practice skirt). It may be a bit expensive if you need enough to decorate several yards of fabric, but I don't know for certain that it is more expensive than beads and sequins..... http://www.nancysnotions.com, and click on Shop, Creative Accents and Quick Bias.
