This is a perfect series, Wes,thank you. I need this info as rosemary doesn't like me (or should I say New Orleans' cold damp winters). I have rarely been able to overwinter one yet my African blue basil is going on 3 years. It seems there are many plants who love the Mediterranean but don't love Nawlins and I can only imagine it is our cold winters. Bringing it in has been bad luck too. Lots of weird fungi hit the soil down here I think. I try to keep it on the dry side especially in winter. I keep hoping I will find a compatible variety. Do you know anything about Arp?Thanx again for the info and have a very Merry Christmas.
