What is the significance of testing for Ureaplasma
urealyticum? I have read that 65-80% of females
are asymptomatic for this organism which makes
it hard to diagnosis. My hospital would love to stop testing for this, but I need some facts to give them. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Thanks, marilyn
