Bacteria in Armpits?

And like the rest of you my armpits can smell pretty bad. Some days are worse than others. Like sometimes my armpits won't stink at all, some days my armpits will only stink a little bit and other days my armpits will even smell like onions. And it's not just me that notices it. One time my mom walked by me and said is that you that smells like onions. And it was. I do sweat heavy to. I think it's when I get really hot because I usually notice that right after I get out of the shower my body heat rises and I start sweating. And also, one of my armpits smell more than the other, allot more. Sometimes when I'm washing up, right after I wash my under arms(this is while I'm still in the shower) I smell it to see if it still smells and it does so I scrub so more until my armpit starts to get irritated so I just leave it alone and put my deodorant right after I get out of the shower. Sometimes I use this 'Medicated Body Powder' and it works but only for like 2.5 hrs. then it dissolves. And my body heat rises very easily, all it could take is from some cloths out of the drier to ironing my cloths. I really don't know what to do. Plz help me!-- posted by lil_bri » verycool - Good news!!!! Hi everyone. I have a good news for you'all about the treatment to use to eliminate the armpits odor. I had the same problem with everyone here. I felt so uncomtable and embarrasing being around people 'cause I always worry people will smell me. But fortunately I found a powder at the pharmacy(in my country)it helps my underarms odor go away for 2 to 3 days. I've using it for 10 years already and very happy with the result. Eventhough it's just temporary but at least yours don't smell bad at all if you use it regularly(just apply a little amount of that powder with water into your underarms after shower.) I'm so glad to share it with you'all 'cause I understand how you feel. If anyone want to try it, give me your address I'll send u some of it to see it really work on you. And I'll order it from my country for those who really need it.And still, if anyone know anything about surgery to get rid of the armpits problem permanently, please let me know. Good luck everyone!!!!! -- posted by verycool » powerwheels - Re: Re: underarm odor hello i have the same problem as u. i had the rashes because i guess i used a dirty shaver and the rash was very itchy and i itched it and it like opened up and now my armpits are dark. the rashes went away but i have the horrible smell. i try alcohol but it doesnt work. right after i get out of the shower it smells already. i really dont know what to do and if anything ever happens please let me know. like if u find any cure or whatever-- posted by powerwheels » MAMA72 - Re: Good news!!!! I am doing a speech in my debate class about human body odor, which I included Armpit bo, bad breath, and farts. I have the other topics polished, however, my armpit one is very weak. I am 23 yrs old, and I have battled underarm odor since I hit puberty at the age of 13. That's 10 years. I've been on numerous social anxiety drugs, because I think everyone can smell me. I'm a very clean person. I shower as often as a human being can, and like many others I have read about on this website, I smell a mere hour later. Believe me when I say I have tried it all.
