I was thinking of using the body cleanse as well, but I'm not too keen on it because I don't think it's a good idea to be taking laxatives if I'm not constipated.

» hadenuff3 - charcoal

Looking back on the article I saw, the information from one wasn't clear enough, yes it is good for poison's but what another site said was not to take every day. So I am back to looking again thanks for makeing me look for that site! It was Encyclopedia of Alternative medicine by Patience Paradox. It stated that it could absorb waste products and reduce fermentation that can cause body odor. Looking on another site I found not to take it everyday.

yeah...i think it could really mess up your digestive system. it's better to be safe than sorry. we should always check to see if our methods for a cure are safe.

this product is supposedly gentle on your system. it's not supposed to make you run to bathroom.

Well I'm still not having much luck, maybe I'll try the body cleanse. I have an appointment with the doctor coming up next month, so I'll probably see if the doctor can help me out maybe.

What I found on the web site body, mind, and soul healer- has a very good listing for what the function of all minerals and vitamins are. Is that takeing it more than few days will deplet minerals from your system. So yes although it was working it wasn't doing the job right. So as usual you have to go to about three or four sites and be sure of what your finding out. I still am haveing luck with the rosemary oil 10 to 12 drops in an ounce of water, sprayed on, have also used on clothes before I wash them.

» stinkbomb - smell stronger sometimes

does anyone's bo change in intensity? i'm a stay at home mom and usually don't use deodorant while at home. i've noticed some days are just reeking and others actually bearable. i usually watch what i eat...little or no onions and garlic.
i've tried using the apple cider vinegar...it's supposed to balance the ph balance of your skin so bacteria won't thrive. i tried using it while in the shower but i've noticed that it just makes my pits smell like stinky feet. you know when your feet smell like vinegar!!! so i don't recommend that!!
what i don't understand is why the bo smell stronger sometimes.

In response to smell stronger sometimes posted by stinkbomb:

My b.o. intensity is pretty consistant. It's never really super intense I think, but the more I sweat, the worse it gets. When I'm at home it's not that bad because there isn't much stress, but when I go to classes it can be worse sometimes, just because I get a little stressed. It's not that bad I guess, but people give you flack for even smelling a little bit these days. Plus who wants to smell? Anyways, I'm so close to finding something that works, I've eliminated about 75%-90% of the odor, but I still get a little which is annoying me. Also, some days when I'm just at home or I'm just going out a little, I don't sweat much or none at all. On those days I don't even have to wear deodorant and I don't smell. It's weird.
