» lack23 - The only one of the above that I haven't tried, yet, is the bod

The only one of the above that I haven't tried, yet, is the body detox. All others I have without any success.

Some highlights:

- It started at the age of 12-13.
- Deodorants that seem to work will only last for a couple of days.
- Sweat is NOT the cause, but triggers it and makes it worse.

Well here's some updates on the crystal...It seems to be working pretty well. I don't sweat too much, but it only seems to hold up for 9-10 hours or so. That's not bad though for what it is. I'll keep using it for a few more days to see if it becomes more effective. Like I said earlier, I had a friend who used it for a week w/o results and then after that it started to work great according to them. I really hope this thing works.

Yah, that's why I like unscented products. I think b.o. mixed with a scent smells worse then regular b.o.

As for the crystal....I ditched it. It caused my skin to become very irritated, not worth it for just a few hours of protection. I went back to my old antiperspirant and it seems to be working again. I am going to try to cycle two unscented antiperspirants and see how it works out. I hope everyone is having some luck as well.

Also I switched to fragrance free fabric softner and I think my clothes smell better then they did with the scented fabric softner.

It just has ammonium alum in it. I shaved at night and waited 12 hours or so before applying it. I have kinda sensitive skin, and if I sweat too much, my sweat starts to irittate my skin.

I'm really getting depressed, it seems everytime I get closer to a solution or I find something that works, it fails and I move back a few steps. I really hope I find something, I'm so close, I can basicly get rid of most of the odor, but I want something that gets rid of it all. I don't think I have a chronic problem or anything because some days I can just shower and not apply deodorant and I don't even sweat or smell. It's more about finding the right product for me. Which so far hasn't happened. I think if I find something with a light fragrance it would mask out the "left over" odor, something that Uscenteds cant do, unfortunatly most scents dont mix with my body chemistry ughh.

» hadenuff3 - Maybe

Thanks to cancal for the tip on the hand santizer good tip. stinkbomb asked about BO being inherited I beleive it is yes My father had it and so do I. No matter how much money I spend between drs. and products I'm still looking.

I went onto the 911 help site and a dr. brought out another solution useing charcoal tablets to help reduce odor. I've followed the 2 to 3 tablets a day and it is helping a lot. I'm trying both natural and over the counter products looking for something new all the time. The other was to use 10 to 12 drops of Rosemary oil with water and spray on underarm. I do this at night gives my underarms a rest from all the chemicals. The deodorant I'm trying now is Liquid Rock by kiss my face unscented about $4 from health store. It doesn't seem to burn my underarm like some- it is a roll-on pain to let dry. Not smelling odor on clothes. One comment to all be sure to change bra's everyday also!

» precious4eva - Colon Cleanse

I was wondering how the colon cleanse was going for those that are doing it? Is it helping you smell normal or do you still smell the b.o.?

hey guys, I think my problem is a bacterial one. i went to the pool today (which has chlorine in it) and now my armpits smell fine even with a little sweat. So i'm guessing the chlorine killed off some of the bacteria. im going to try some antibacterial creams or something and see if that helps. i have not tried rubbing alcohol because i have sensitive skin, but i might spray a little on in the shower maybe. i'll see if that helps.
