I am testing various surfaces with sampling sponges and was wondering what the proper plating technique was. I am using pre-moistened (10 ml) whirl-pak sponges, and I was wondering if I needed to add more media before plating. There is only about 2ml of excess liquid when I squeeze the sponge.-- posted by daisylily16
