I have developed a process for predigesting food for animals. In recent testing it has shown I have a very high Standard plate count of anaerobis bacteria.This product is left in a wet form for a couple of days. My question is: If I dry this product sooner will it cut down on the bacteria produced in the product? If so, what is the recommended moisture level to sufficiently retard bacterial growth?
