» Dan_Ellsworth - Seize the Day!

Happy Reformation Day, John! And Happy Birthday to your wife! Thanks for giving us something more substantial to focus on than the usual spookery. Now if we can recover All Saints' Day in its original meaning, we could have a two-day Festival of Faith that might well yield its own harvest.

Oddly, I have this mental image of a Halloween costume based on Martin Luther - with hammer, nails, and theses in hand to complete the reference. Something isn't quite right with this picture; might I have too much caffeine in my system?

I had never thought of the hammer-and-nails parallel. I think it's going to stick with me.
