If I remember correctly, the song "Now the silence" is in two of the Canada's new hymn books, one Mennonite and one United Church. It was good to find out about the background.-- posted by biogardener

In response to Background posted by biogardener:I just recently became acquainted with Vajda's poetry with the release of Christian Worship and Let All the People Praise You, which both have Vajda's hymns in them. They are also set to beautiful melodies. I'm glad you enjoyed the essays!
