» shanniebear - fatigue

Hi, all. I am having a lot of fatigue right now. I am a music teacher, and this fall we did a musical production, which had me at school from 7a.m. to 10p.m. every night. I honest to God felt like I was slowly killing myself, but somehow I pushed and made it through. I thought I would recover after the musical was over, but I just can't seem to get "untired." THis last week, I got sick with a severe sinus infection, and I'm just so, so tired. All the articles I read talk about helping fatigue by taking an extra nap, or relaxing after the kids leave for school, or planning your daily activities around your level of fatigue, but I can't do any of that, because I work full time. I haven't had a flare per se, but I'm just so tired. I have a three year old daughter, and I can't even summon the energy to play with her when I get home after work. Please give me some advice, because I'm so upset and stressed out and worried. Thanks.
