Itchy hands and feet?: itchy hands and feet

Got a little too much sun 3 weeks ago and the lupus monster reared its ugly head. But, new this time is extremely itchy feet and hands. More so the soles and palms than anywhere else. Has anyone else experienced this? And if so what, short of a butcher knife, have you used for relief?
