Hello Kaunis, and welcome,we are a great bunch of Lupies here! Pull up a chair!

Karyn, excellent article...and true it is. I am guilty...I am one who thinks she can control the stress in my life! Ha...Ha... I have found that any change in my everyday routine...upsets my apple cart. This week i developed tendonitis in my right elbow...I thought that just the boobs and butt sagged when we get old? Have I missed something some where? Oh well, life goes on and we hang in there. Finally got rid of the head/chest cold though!!!

Keep up the great work...I miss you when you are not around to support us! Love you my friend!

» Rosee - A way with words...

Karyn you sure do have a great way with your words and articles that make so much sense to me and others. Don't know how I missed this article but I am in a bit of stress right now and it sure has helped me today. One thing I know that helps me also is to stop and take some deep breaths. Hugs, Marilynn

Kaunis, you flatter me! *blush* Just keep writing what you know, and reaching out to your readers! You'll do just fine!

Thank you so much for your kindness! It really means a lot to me to hear that I'm not just talking to myself and that I'm not the only person who goes through this stuff!

Remember: We are not alone!

*Hugs*
