I'm getting pretty amazing results with Pherone formula M-11 from Pherone pheromones http://www.pherone.com.

I find that women are a lot more friendly and interested in me, and I've caught a couple of them sniffing me (the product is unscented so it's not any cologne scent they're looking for).

I've also heard things like "I don't know what it is about you but you've got something..." etc.

Also, if you want to enhance your own pheromones, use alcohol (rubbing or purell, etc.) under your arms after washing instead antiperspirants or deodorants.

The alcohol will kill the bacteria which cause smells, while not interfering with your natural pheromone secretion.
