» feistyfemale56 - Great points Pat,You've made some great points here about the treatment of animals on television. Just to put it into perspective tho, humans don't receive much better treatment. I know for me, the best way I know how to let a company know I am displeased is to stop buying their product or using their service and writing them a letter to explain that, and the reason(s) why. This way of doing things only really produces results when a large segment of buyers do the same--groups like PETA, etc. This season, I am avoiding Dairy Queen--boy, not because I want to, but because I am offended at their commercials zapping people under the premise of test subjects. And I love the k-9 advantix commercial with the little puppy writing home from summer camp. That one puts a smile on my face every time. -- posted by feistyfemale56 » StrmDncr - Re: Great points In response to Great points posted by feistyfemale56:I love that one too, Deb. I have to agree, if we stop buying or using a product and write letters it does have an effect. Let's please keep PETA out of this, I am not a fan. Sorry, but they have caused more trouble than they have helped and given animal rights people a bad name. I haven't seen the DQ ads yet but I'll have to check them off my list for summer fun... Oh well... LOL... Thanks for stopping by and leaving a comment. -- posted by StrmDncr
