... If only this kind of thing would happen more in reality. Employment agencies are especially ignorant when it comes to being helpful to anyone who is even slightly outside the usual "normals" they encounter. They cannot relate; they can be very rude at times. I feel employment agencies and everyone else who works with the cognitively and other-disabled need classes and sensitivity training -- to help them better understand the many kinds of disabilities, and to encourage them to try harder to find the right kind of job that a person will do well, despite being brain-injured or otherwise disabled.
