Sorry it has taken me so long to get over to read this article. As always, it is very informative.

I believe that people with disabilities make great employees. It has been my experience that they try extra hard and are more conscientious because of the disability. I wish more employers would give them a chance.

Thanks so much for sharing all this knowledge. I always learn a lot when I visit here.
