<img src="/files/topics/902/files/dustyprofile200x236.jpg" width=200 height=236 align=left alt="Dustytoo">Another birthday coming up in a few hours, Mary.

I hope your weather is better than ours so you can enjoy it. It has been raining cats and dogs here since noon Saturday, and there is little hope for relief in sight.

Let me introduce my new sweetheart to you. He adopted me in December, just in time for Christmas. His first mom died, and no one knows what she called him, so we named him Dustytoo in honor of his predecessor, Dusty, who wrote some fine and very popular articles for me. Dustytoo has also learned to type and has written some children's stories. That is his specialty, because he loves children. I hope that the graphic shows up by the time you see it. If it doesn't, just try again another day. The Suite is obviously having technical problems.

Here is his first one."

Traute -
Thank you for the birthday wishes! And what a gift to meet Dustytoo. Though his photo didn't show up in your message, I followed the link to his article and was stunned by his beauty (I love cats and have lived with a few Siamese in the past) as well as his writing ability. I can see why you fell in love with him. Congratulations on having such a wonderful companion!

» biogardener - He adopted me.

Well, this cat adopted me. When we went to see him, he as lying on a chesterfield. I sat beside him and he immediately climbed on my lap. Even though he had been an indoor cat, he let me put a harness on him without any resistance. He now wants to stay outside all the time, rain or shine, hot or cold, even in deep snow.

You can get the picture in my previous posting to show up by correcting my code. I typed "img scr" instead of "img src." Just click on "Edit Message," in case you have not done it before.
