» pamela_saint - Fictional Biography Enjoyed the article, Diana. How true--the fictional qualities inescapable in a biography. How much of our lives do we "create" as fiction and how much of our lives do others create as fiction?I'm interested in learning more about Allan Bloom's book. If he felt so contentious about popular culture a few decades ago, one can only imagine what he'd think of it now! -- posted by pamela_saint » dsadams - Re: Fictional Biography In response to message posted by pamela_saint:Hi Pamela, thanks for stopping in. When I first heard the talk about Bloom, I assumed it was Harold Bloom. Allan Bloom sure pulled out all the punches in most of his books, I just wish he was still around to comment on society, and I wish there were more people like him! Talk to you soon, -- posted by dsadams
