It doesn't take ferrets long to take over your heart and your life, once just one gets in your house : ). Thanks for the welcome! Pam -- posted by WeaselGirl » Renie_Burghardt - Stewart! He is sooo cute, Pam! And hey, you figured out how to add a picture, all by yourself. That's great. I have such a hard time explaining it to some of the CE's. You made my job a little easier. Hehe. Take care. Renie-- posted by Renie_Burghardt

I'm wondering if was actually a weasel? Other than black-footed ferrets, I don't know of any ferret species that survives well in the wild. Domesticated ferrets don't have the common sense to match their curiosity, unfortunately. Of course, it may have been someones abandoned or lost pet, too. Ferrets are predators by nature. Figuring out how to add pictures took me MUCH longer at other sites where I've contributed in the past. I think the Suite has the instructions spelled out wonderfully! I hope the last few weeks have treated you well, and that you have adjusted to a world without themestream. At least I see you have found a new place to write about your favourite critters. Happy editing and welcome to Suite101! It's a great community and Renie is a super editor.Cheers! -- posted by silvan » WeaselGirl - Re: Pam! In response to message posted by silvan:Hi Van! I'll bounce over to check out your Suite home right away! -- posted by WeaselGirl » ferrets4me1 - new ferret in home. I already had five ferrets when the Vet called and asked me to take Fera. She is about a year old. My problem i she was an only ferret and not caged. She is very skittish and afraid. All she is doing is hiding. I rarely see her eat even when out playing she hides from the others. One of mine is a real bully and likes to attack her and scooter. I'm worried about her welfare and need some advice. I would hate to have to get rid of her but if it's for her own good I will. Help Please!!!! Lori at ferrets4me1@aol.com-- posted by ferrets4me1 » ferrets4me1 - new ferret in home.
