You would not believe how busy I am? I saw the title Spicy Chicken and Pumpkin Cakesand actually got attracted to come and have a look any way. Amazing day? Crayfish sounds devine! Any way. Do you have Moreton Bay Bugs in new Zealand - or - some such similar thing? And if so how do you suggest cooking them at their best and most succulently tempting. What desert would you have after? However, I have eaten them. As with any crustacean, they shouldn't be overcooked or they get tough. A dessert? How about a sorbet made from some of Queensland's tropical fruit? Puree it, add a dash of vodka or rum and some lemony syrup and freeze. Remove from freezer and whisk with a fork and return to freezer. Do this once or twice. Check out my Gin and Tonic sorbet recipe too. -- posted by newskiwi
