Citrus Kumara

But we cook with yams and sweet potatoes here. Yams are dark orange and sweet potatoes are lighter. I think they are both from the same family.

Your recipe sounds interesting: citrus with sage. Yum! I'll have to try it, perhaps with dinner tonight, as I have a yam in the pantry.

I think our kumara (ipomoea batatas) and your sweet potato are the same but our "yams" are definitely different - see http://www.vegetables.co.nz/veg/veg_info...
