and still don't have the kitchen right. I'll look forward to your articles - we aren't doing kitchen redesign right now, but will be in the future if we stay here.

Welcome to the Suite. Have a great time. Jerri

» Carol Wallace - Kitchens are TOUGH!

We bought a 100+ year old handyman's special 17 years ago - and while we were able to do the living room, dining room and bedrooms in no time flat, the kitchen took three years! (Of course there was only my husband and I, trying to cope with what started out as a three room kitchen - sink in the pantry. stove in the front and behind a stuck-on 60s island that divided things, the frig! WHAT A MESS! And how proud we were when we redid it and got most of it right! I'll look forward to reading and seeing what you have to say. I LOVE design of any kind.

» BMahoney - kitchens are tough

Yes Carol they are tough. I just spoke to a woman today who has been doing over her kitchen for five years. I suppose it's kind of like our major cities in the summer when all the roads are torn up, and people say things like , "Toronto would be a really nice city ... if they ever finish it!"But, when it all comes together it is wonderful. Thanks for reading.

» BMahoney - kitchens

thanks Jerri, you have done something I don't think I could do and that is build my own house. I have done it for others but not for me. I honestly wouldn't know where to start. Thanks for reading and for your kind comments.
