Do you think rabies attacks tha animals mind? And that is why they attack before you can check them out?

I think you are exactly right. In humans the rabies virus causes convulsions, paralysis and delirium. I think it is safe to presume that animals suffer similar symptoms to these. Animals will naturally attack when they are scared or sick, and I think that in the case of rabies this is what happens. The animals who are staggering around deliriously and are very ill would naturally attack anyone or anything that comes across its path. This explains why we often hear of one particular animal with rabies attacking several people before it is captured.
