Great Idea Donna!
The next time my daughter has her friends over,
I'm sure they'd all love to try this one out. Chinese noodles... neat idea. We only have them with chop suey.

Chinese noodles, not just for chop suey anymore. smile There's another good recipe using these noodles called Haystacks.

Haystacks

2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 cups butterscotch chips
12 ounces can cocktail peanuts
5 ounces chow mein noodles

Melt chocolate chips and butterscotch chips together. Stir in peanuts and chow mein noodles.
Drop by spoonfuls onto wax paper. Let cool.

Peanut Butter Haystacks

1 cup butterscotch chips
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup salted peanuts
2 cups chow mein noodles

Melt butterscotch chips, then stir in peanut butter. Add salted peanuts and noodles. Drop by spoonfuls onto waxed paper. Let cool.
