Mary, your recipe for blueberry sauce sounds delicious. I will have to try it. Even the graphic looks good enough to eat!! ( I really, really love blueberries - can you tell? LOL)

Making your own blueberry sauce is much more economical than buying it in a can. However, it does take more effort. LOL

Yes, blueberries are delicious and provide our bodies with much needed nutrients that aren't found in other foods. The boys and I just love them. We had to put off our blueberry picking trip today, as it is very hot. Highs for today are to be 112 degrees with the humidex. I could stand some relief from this heat. It was cool yesterday, only 90. smile
