Carol, be sure to find a place for that brass headboard. It will look great, especially with a climbing rose or other climber using it as a trellis.
I have seen the entire frames of old iron and brass beds used here for flowerbeds. They set them up and then plant the flowers in the center. Wonderful idea. Let us know if you find the headboard a home.
