» Carol Wallace - Aliens and tacky yard art Linda, having read this I know that I HAVE to go back to the place I saw last weekend that had a flying saucer somplete with Martians in the front yard, At the time I was too busy wailing about not having my camera to catch all the details, but when I described it to my husband he'd seen it and swears the alleged flying saucer is actually some sort of compost bin that looks like a spaceship. If I can get him to take me out there (my neighbor was driving when we saw it, and we were lost!) I'll post a picture for you and Jimmy.-- posted by Carol Wallace » Linda - Sounds great! We would love to see that space saucer!! More ideas my friend Angela had were to put up a sign that says "space ship parking $1.00" and to hang a "flying saucer from a bent wire attached to the sign. Also to set up a "fueling station" with some old appliance or whatnot, scatter hypertuffa "meterors" around, dig some craters, and create "crop circles". LOL! Sounds like so much fun!! But do you suppose the farm nearby would be upset if we did crop circles in his corn?? I think maybe we'll just make some in the lawn instead!-- posted by Linda
