Renaming of This Topic

This topic has been renamed several times. Its original writer named it "Kids Gardening" as is seen it the URL which ends in "kids_gardening." She later shortened it to "Kids Garden." When I took over the topic, I asked to have it changed back to "Kids Gardening" mainly because I like the URL and the name to be the same. It makes it easier to find.

Linda's writing was directed at the parents or other mentors who help children to garden. When I took over the topic, the writing was directed towards the children themselves, shortening the articles, simplifying the language, illustrating the articles, letting my cat talk to the children instead of just me.

Now I see that the topic has been renamed "Gardening with Children." Well, that applies to Linda's writing but not to mine. Whoever effected the change in name either did not explore the goals of the topic or else figures that children are not going to visit Suite101 anyway. I won't try to figure out which is true.
