» Kacos - how do I make...

My Camp Fire group is getting ready to have their closing ceremony. A really special event. In the past the group I was with had a fire circle ceremony. This year I find I have to set something up for my group. I need to make torches that the older kids use to light the ceremonial fire. BUT I don't have a clue how to make one. I was thinking of a rag on a stick with gasoline on it...but don't feel this would be my best alternative. Please if anyone has a suggestion let me know. Would really appreciate it.

... non-drip candles. They will accomplish the same thing and be much safer. Just a thought ...

We got through our ceremonial. We tried the candle idea. Think it would have worked better if the wind wouldn't blow them out..LOL...but we got through it. Thanks for the suggestion. We are done till next year..Have a good summer all
