» kent77 - Please help me of how to control these side-effect of medicine
I am Chinese, female,born 1951.I got acute nephritis(high blood pressure tyoe) in 1972,and translate to uraemia and kidney debility with arteriosclerosis , eyeground bleeding, coronary heart disease.
I got kidney transplant in 01/1994.And from then on ,I havd been taking medicine to prevent rejection or to treat a rejection. Now I take Prednisone brand name Deltasone 1000mg and Mycophenolate Mofetil brand name Cellcept 5mg every day.
Because have taken the medicine year to end for 9 years, the side-effect of the medicine has deduced some serious results including:
1. hypohepatia , ATL increase to 288U/L.
2. Spleen enlarged
3. blood platelet : 33k
4. haemoglobin: 10g
5. leucocyte: 2000-3000
I look forward to hearing from you some advice and suggestions about how to control these side-effect of medicine.
