» Sunbear - Gladiator I

Hi Elizabeth,

What a great tale! I thoroughly enjoyed it.

This may be for children, but as a middle-aged kid , I am certainly enjoying your historical dramatic essays (?) Know there is a better word here but cannot think of it.

The epoch is fascinating. Spartacus with Kirk Douglas has long been my favorite of t he Hollywood "spectacle" type movies.

Thanks,
Tom

Beth,

What a fantastic read. I know the boys will love this. I'm sending it to them by e-mail. You've woven a fine tale here. Thanks for sharing it. It's terrific and something that will entice the kids to learn more about gladiators. Lots of information in your article too.
