In response to message posted by writer_85032:I agree with your viewpoint. We named our children after important Jewish people in the Bible and the meanings of the names had to be important as well. We decided on Josiah, Joel, Joshua, Jonathan, Eliana and Shana (last 2 aren't in the Bible but are Hebrew in origin and mean respectively My G-d has answered me and G-d is gracious. We liked those names because they are twins.)
