» Ambs13 - Essay Topic

Hi,
I am currently enrolled in a university course that is studying all of the works of Jane Austen. I am loving every minute of it! I was wondering if anyone could help me to think of an interesting thesis for my term paper. I want to do something with the theme of walking, nature, outdoors. I am thinking of something along the lines of "walking as courtship," but I am having a difficult time finding any secondary sources. Any ideas? The novels that I would like to use are two of the following: Sense and Sensibilty, Pride and Prejudice or Persuasion. I would love to use Emma, except I have already used that novel for a project this term. If anyone could provide their insights I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks.
