» ajzino - Latin Translation

I have a book which was purchased by my father in 1963, from Italy. It traces our family name and history. Along with it is a hand painted coat of arms in the front section and also with a large coat of arms that I have framed. I have translated all the Italian but I am having difficulty getting the Latin translated. There are resourses online but they are ridiculously expensive. All I have is a page and a 1/4 that needs translating. Is there anyone out there that can help? I am going to contact local universities for some help. I would rather pay a student if they could be of any help.
A little more on this book. It is authenticated. A friend of mine and his family are from Italy and told me about the Government stamp, which is also signed, that is on one of the back pages makes these findings true. It traces our family name and shows how it evolved and how it has changed through the years. There are also accounts of family members starting from 808 to my Grandfather who was born in 1893.
