I liked Calpine back in April because it was recommended by Louis Navellier, a master of stock picking, but I opted to buy Reliant Energy instead at 44 because of the lower P/E and higher dividend and lower risk. It still pays a good dividend today of almost 6% although the price came down a bit to 25. Too late to sell now so I figure I'll get my money back in dividends in about 10 years. I also like REI because it usually goes up a few cents on real bad market days.

This stock is selling for $15.01 now.
It has totally deteriorated.

It is number 167 in an industry group
from 1 to 197. Just a big disappointment.
