I saw him in Denver about a year ago and he was so bullish then, he said he was taking out a second mortgage on his Florida home to buy stocks! (he has a home in Nevada also, I believe)
Dont know his current views, since my neighbor dropped her subscription. I expect he is a "raging bull" now.
